Vanessa’s site was built from the ground up in Framer to deliver a high-end browsing experience. Luxury clients expect polished design and fast performance. We used lightweight animations and mobile-first structure to keep things smooth, fast, and professional.

Layouts were designed to adjust seamlessly across devices. Every section was structured vertically for scroll-first behavior. Tap areas, spacing, and text were tuned for mobile touch, while still feeling elegant on larger screens.

Most agents use generic templates that fail to stand out. Vanessa needed something distinct, elevated, and tailored to Raleigh’s luxury buyer. The site had to look high-end, but still feel approachable and warm.

The project was executed to give Vanessa a strong launch and full control moving forward. Every element was designed for flexibility and independence inside Framer’s visual editor.

We started with references and positioning goals. Wireframes were tested in Framer early, allowing live previews before full development. Content blocks were built modularly so Vanessa can duplicate and adjust without needing a dev. Final delivery included mobile pass checks, internal SEO tags, and performance tuning for launch.
